Bad Mail From Champbux | Give up this PTC !

Today, I got this email from Champbux after I request the payout.

"If you had a pending payment on ChampBux, and you had previously been paid before, your payment has been canceled and you must reach the new minimum payout of $5. "

I am not sure that it is exactly point to me, anyway I not NOT Recommended to be this PTC. Forget it !
I have to wathcing and try other PTCs.
